 HERITAGE NO : 314 Ernest played two matches for the Saints in April 1923. On both occasions he donned the number 11 jersey and played in the second row. Unfortunately, both matches ended in heavy defeats for the Saints. In 1939 Ernest was a Heavy Vehicle Driver and living in Grange Park Road, St Helens.
