 HERITAGE NO : 1237 ADAM joined Saints from Hull KR on a two-year contract for the start of the 2017 season. The club fended off several other Super League teams for the highly rated international who had played close to 150 games in the senior ranks. He was a hard-working forward, with a big engine and good footwork. Walker began his career at Huddersfield in 2010 before moving to Hull KR for the 2013 season. There he played close to 90 games - and won the club`s Young Player of the Year award. He had played 13 times for Scotland by the time he had joined the Saints. After only a short spell at the Saints Adam returned to Yorkshire to play for Wakefield Trinity. Sadly,Adam passed away in October 2022 at the age of just 31. Dave Dooley |
