 HERITAGE NO : 145 This former Warrington and Leigh forward donned the number eight jersey in his only appearance for the Saints first team. The game was an away league match at Morecambe in which the Saints won by 10 points to 3. He had played 70 matches for Warrington. Arthur was a gardener who moved to Lytham St Annes where he can be found living in St Georges Road. His death is registered in Barton in December 1956 at the age of 75.
