Biography of Mark McCully

HERITAGE NO : 1106
A former member of a successful Broadway High School team, Mark was a talented footballer who could play well at full-back, stand-off or in the centres. Although his spell at Knowsley Road was not long, he became associated with a number of clubs in the Championship over the years.

Mark left Saints for Leigh, where he had two spells, followed by Chorley Lynx, where he kicked over 100 goals, another of his particular strengths. Mark played for Leigh, Rochdale Hornets, Workington Town, Blackpool Panthers and Oldham, always making valuable contributions with his ability to score tries and kick goals. He also represented National League 2 against the Kiwis A side in 2003. A most useful player to have around, for sure. Special thanks to RLPhotos for the images used in this profile.
