 HERITAGE NO : 587 Trevor played this one match for the club which ended in defeat. He was a Welsh recruit for Swinton and also played for Broughton Rangers. Trevor had made it through to the Final Welsh Rugby Union Trials but never collected an international cap in that sport. After that disappointment he moved down to Devon before coming North to join the rugby league ranks. In 1939 Trevor was living in Salisbury Road, Swinton and working as a Master Painter and Decorator. After his playing days were over he returned to Devon to spend his remaining days before his death in March 1974 aged 60. Dave Dooley |
