 HERITAGE NO : 1215 Matty was a utility back who signed for the Saints from Huddersfield Giants in 2013. Previously, he played for Castleford until he was snapped up by Nathan Brown for the Giants ahead of the 2010 season. Matty scored a vital try for the Saints on his debut against Wakefield Trinity Wildcats in March 2014. The reliable Tyke was equally at home in the centres or on the wing. Matty was drafted into the centre berth follwing the injury to Percival at the start of the 2016 season and produced some powerful, tryscoring displays. After some consistent performances Matty moved on to Leigh in the middle of the 2016 season where he helped the Centurions gain Super League status for 2017. | ||||
